Lyndsie is a Senior at Pendleton High School. She is so very sweet, adventurous, and fun! She’s a three-sport athlete, and will more than likely continue her athletic career in college.
I LOVE these last two images for two reasons – 1) They’re just cool with the fire, and 2) I finally got to try something I’ve been wanting to do for a couple of years (the fire). It was so much fun and fast, but it was so very worth it!
Sarah and Chuck were married at the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center. The setting was gorgeous – lush green grass and plants, beautiful flowers, and the Columbia River in the background! It drizzled – more like “misted” on us most of the day but not enough to dampen any spirits! I can honestly say this was one of the most laid-back, relaxed weddings I have ever had the privilege to photograph! I have edited this one of Sarah and Chuck, but I am sharing mostly details here. I will post more soon!

The Details

Mya – Sarah’s neice. She is adorable!
During his speech, one of the groomsmen performed a card trick. Had Sarah and Chuck each select a card – hers was the Ace of Hearts, his the 4 of Spades – and they signed their name on their cards. As he talked about the two different cards moving through the deck all alone (much like Sarah and Chuck prior to their relationship), he worked with the cards. At the end, he talked about Sarah and Chuck merging their hearts and lives much like the two cards they had picked out of the deck.
It was amazing – the two cards were now actually only one card – each side representing one of them. I was truly amazed!

Adam and Lena were married last weekend in the Grande Ronde Valley.

Wonderful couple, beautiful ceremony, perfect day!
Pat and I braved the wind, cold, and rain to try to get his Senior pictures taken, but the elements finally won the battle and we called it quits for the day. We’re going to finish up this next weekend, but for the time being here is a little sneak peek of what we did manage to get.
This first one is my absolute favorite from the entire shoot. As an archery hunter, I know how dangerous it is to be at the business end of a bow at full draw. Luckily for me, Pat is an experienced hunter and I completely trusted him while I took this picture (I didn’t take many, though – click and boogie was my method for this one). I love it!

I am sure I’ll have more great images of Pat next weekend, but I don’t know if we’ll be able to top my favorite!
These two are getting married this summer. They are so sweet!

Thank you for selecting me to capture this very special time in your lives! Congratulations!
My baby turned 7 last week, and we had a little photo shoot. This is my favorite image from the day. It is just HER. She’s full of zest, and mischief. This picture is perfect.

Some more from our outing.

Just because.
My favorite image from the day.

How cute is he?
