Adam & Erica

Adam and Erica are one of the most laid back (yes, even you, Erica), friendly, open, and fun couples I have ever met.  Photographing their wedding was truly a joy and was the furthest thing from work I have experienced in a long time.  They truly are a joy to be around, and they radiate love

Adam and Erica got married at a thoroughbred ranch in Wallowa County.  Their country-themed wedding was amazing, beautiful, and radiated love. Continue reading

Dustin & Richole

Just a couple quick ones for now.  I have known Dustin since before he was in Junior High, and I just met Richole a few short days before their wedding.  They are amazing, and I consider it a huge privilege to be the one that got to capture their beautiful day.

They weren’t excited or anything . . .  😉  Continue reading

Mr. & Mrs. Keller

I love weddings!  They are probably one of my favorite things to photograph.  The emotion and energy of the day are addicting, and I love the “high” I get from them.  I love watching two people declare themselves publicly.  A wedding is the best place to find a mood “pick-me-up” that I can think of.

I have known Eric for five years, ever since I began working at Irrigon High School.  I got to meet Micaela a couple of years later during softball season.  They are two of the most down-to-earth, “real” people I’ve ever met.  I was thrilled – honored – that they asked me to capture their special day.  As is typical at the Oregon Coast, the day started out foggy, rainy, and overcast.  By the time we began taking the bridal party pictures, the sun was out, it was H-O-T, and it was absolutely gorgeous!  Several people actually got sunburned during the ceremony.

Congratulations, Eric & Micaela!  You deserve the best, and I wish a long and happy marriage for you!

Sarah & Chuck – Details

Sarah and Chuck were married at the Columbia Gorge Interpretive Center.  The setting was gorgeous – lush green grass and plants, beautiful flowers, and the Columbia River in the background!  It drizzled – more like “misted” on us most of the day but not enough to dampen any spirits!  I can honestly say this was one of the most laid-back, relaxed weddings I have ever had the privilege to photograph!  I have edited this one of Sarah and Chuck, but I am sharing mostly details here.  I will post more soon!

I shot the most FABULOUS wedding this past weekend! It was located at The Dalles Ranch, which is about 25 miles South of The Dalles. It is an absolutely breathtaking area, beautiful grounds, and stunning scenery. The main lodge house can hold up to 21 people, and the grounds are able to accommodate camping, either in tents or campers. There is a fabulous view of Mt. Hood from the porch of the house, as well!
